TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:

By Ismael Kipkoech Too, of P.O. Box 19, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kitopo Abubakar arap Kogo alias Abubakar Kiptoo Kogo, who died at St. Leonards Hospital in Kenya, on 12th July, 2022.
CAUSE NO. E209 OF 2026
By Esther Mutai, of P.O. Box 188, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tapkigen Bor alias Tapkigen w/o A. Bor, who died at Ainapkoi, on 13th July 1991.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
