CAUSE NO. E200 OF 2025
By Kazungu Mwamuye Mwanguzda, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwamuye Mwanguzda, who died on 6th July, 1986.
CAUSE NO. E202 OF 2025
By Tsuma Kombora Mwanguzda, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kombora Mwanguzda, who died on 7th August, 2015.
CAUSE NO. E107 OF 2026
By (1) Chingunda Jira Chingunda, (2) Robert Yawa Jira and (3) Rongoma Jira Chingunda, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kinda Chigunda alias Jira Chingunda, who died on 23rd April, 2009.
CAUSE NO. E121 OF 2026
By (1) Priscillah Kache Mwalugo and (2) Leonard Mwalugo Faida, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anderson Mwalugo Faida, who died on 6th October, 2018.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
