TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E51 OF 2026
By (1) Japheth Namunyu Naibei, (2) James Chemonges Olinyo and (3) Bramwel Kwemoi Olinyo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Olinyo Mataya, who died at Kapsokwony, on 28th September, 1973.
CAUSE NO. E53 OF 2026
By Arinest Wekesa Muyoti, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dipondo Laban Muyoti alias Dibondo Laban Muyoti, who died at Kamukuywa Sub-location, on 25th March, 1991.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
