TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E77 OF 2026
By Amuka Kepher Onyango, of P.O. Box 1-40404, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyong’ondo Amuka alias Samson Otieno Amuka, who died at North East Kamagambo Sub-location, on 1st October, 1993.
CAUSE NO. E88 OF 2026
By Moses Onyango Sonye, of P.O. Box 138, Sare Awendo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sonye Arika, who died at North Sakwa Sub-location, on 22nd May, 2011.
CAUSE NO. E89 OF 2026
By (1) Grace Achieng Nigge and (2) Wycklif Odondi Otieno, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isack Odondi, who died at Central Kamagambo Sub-location, on 18th April, 2012.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
