TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. 1228 OF 2013
By (1) Juliet Njoki Thugge and (2) Consolata Wairimu Kivuti, both of P.O. Box 73475–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, through Messrs. MKN & Co., advocates, or a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kenneth Thugge Kamau, late of Mugua, Kiambu, who died in Stockholm, Sweden, on 20th March, 2013.
CAUSE NO. E53 OF 2026
By Minaxi Vrajlal Rughani, of P.O. Box 42887–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the executors named in the deceased’s last will, through Messrs. Chaudhri & Associates, advocates, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Vrajlal Deuchad Rughani, late of Westlands, who died at Nairobi West Hospital in Kenya, on 17th March, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E68 OF 2026
By Bhagwant Kaur Thethy, of P.O. Box 46443–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the executrix named in the deceased’s last will, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Autar Singh Thethy alias Avtar Singh Thethy, late of Church Road, Westlands, who died at Nairobi West Hospital in Kenya, on 26th January, 2026.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
