TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E155 OF 2025
By (1) John Maina Mahinda and (2) Samuel Kinyua Nyuiiri, both of P.O. Box 5842–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Gilbert Kabare Karianjahi, who died at Kenlands Hospital in Kenya, on 9th September, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2026
By Edward Maina Kimani, of P.O. Box 220, Limuru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ann Nyambura Kimani alias Anna Kimani alias Mrs. Anna Nyambura Kimani alias Ann Kimani, who died at Limuru Sublocation, on 17th September, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2026
By Geoffrey Kinuithia Nguata, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Nguata Kinuithia, who died at Kiamunyi, on 20th October, 2021.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
