By Kenneth Lyambila Namtembi, of P.O. Box 2793–30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Wanjala Namutembi, who died at Nzoia Sub-location, on 4th June, 2017.
CAUSE NO. E70 OF 2025
By (1) Grace Njenga, (2) Lilian Njenga, (3) Isaac Njenga Gatitu and (4) Ibrahim Njenga, all of P.O. Box 4534–30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Evanson Njenga Gatitu alias Njenga Gatitu, who died at Kitale Nursing Home, on 6th July, 1990.

By (1) Callen Kemunto Onchiri, (2) Robert Kibagendi Maina and (3) Stephen Bagonko all of P.O. Box 7–30215, Kesogon in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Maina Asanyo alias Maina Asanyo Samson, who died at Kitale County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 17th June, 2019.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
