TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E93 OF 2025
By Robert Kipsiele Maritim, of P.O. Box 159, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipsang arap Buywo alias Kipsang arap Buyia, who died at Kagawet Village, on 5th July, 1978.
CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2026
By (1) Eunice Cherop Sitienei and (2) Joseph Kipkirui Rono, both of P.O. Box 850–20406, Sotik in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Kiprono Sitienei alias Wilson Kiprono Sitieni, who died at Kericho Nursing Home, on 12th November, 2006.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
