TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E136 OF 2025
By Lilian Mghoi Mewakio, of P.O. Box 34131–80118, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwakio Njagi Mwafure, who died on 23rd June, 2003.
CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2026
By Salim Sultan Maloo, for a grant of probate of written will of the estate of Fatima Shamshudin Rashid, who died at Makupa Khoja Flats, Mombasa Island, on 4th March, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2026
By (1) Samuel Kibanga Nyabuti and (2) Emmanuel Osiemo, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elvina Zawadi Gizembe, who died at Nairobi Homes Hospital in Kenya, on 31st March, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
