TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E65 OF 2026
By Mary Wanjiru Mwangi, of P.O. Box 17049–20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zacharia Mwangi Kairebu alias Zachary Mwangi Kairebu, who died at Workers Sub-location, on 1st September, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
