TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E305 OF 2025
By Zubenda Atieno Musa, of P.O. Box 14, Busia in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Juma Songoro Musa, who died at Hyrax, Nakuru, on 1st May, 2017.
CAUSE NO. E510 OF 2025
By Samuel Omondi Ouya, of P.O. Box 1046, Busia in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alfred Ouya Osumba, who died at Chiga, Kisumu, on 7th November, 1998.
CAUSE NO. E511 OF 2025
By William Bunyasi Makokha, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Makokha Kimita alias Stephen Makokha Kimida alias Makokha Kimida, who died at Alungoli, on 10th February, 1979.
CAUSE NO. E514 OF 2025
By Christopher Wandera Ngema, of P.O. Box 14, Busia in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngema Adweya, who died at Bukhayo West, on 25th May, 1972.
CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2026
By (1) Faustine Amukaga Otwane and (2) Selina Akwi Otwane, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Otwane Wabwire, who died at Alupe Sublocation, on 13th June, 1996.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
