CAUSE NO. E174 OF 2025
By Eunice Wangari Gitahi, of P.O. Box 202–00219, Karuri in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Gitahi Njoroge, who died at Kiambu Covid 19 Center, on 16th August, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E239 OF 2025
By Michael Njuguna Makindu, of P.O. Box 31185, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wangari Makindu, who died at Maziwa, on 22nd July, 2023.

By Jeniffer Njambi Karomo, of P.O. Box 1814–00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackson Mwaura, who died at Nairobi Adventist Hospital in Kenya, on 5th October, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E30 OF 2026
By (1) James Mungai Munyinyi and (2) Rachael Njeri Munyinyi, both of P.O. Box 1814–00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of intestate to the estate of Rahab Nyambura Munyinyi, who died at Nderderu, on 17th March, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
