TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E350 OF 2025
By (1) John Kimata Muoria and (2) Paul Kimata Muoria, both of P.O. Box 1230–01000, Thika in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muria Kimathu alias Solomon Muoria Kimata, who died at Kipsonoi, on 9th November, 1968.
CAUSE NO. E356 OF 2025
By Samuel Wainaina Wangonyo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wangonyo Nganga, who died at Handege Sub-location, on 5th June, 2002.
CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2026
By Samuel Njoroge Gichuhi, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gathoga Mutura, who died at Kinare, Lari, on 15th February, 1973.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
