TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2026
By Geoffrey Kangethe Mwangi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangi Kangethe alias Kairu Kang’e the, who died in Nairobi, on 12th December, 1969.
CAUSE NO. E48 OF 2026
By Lucy Wanjiru Githaiaga, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wambui Mwangi Macharia, who died on 10th August, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
