By Julius Muchiri Gachoki, of P.O. Box 62, Kerugoya in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Wakabari Gachoki alias Grace Wakabari, who died at Kerugoya Medical Centre, on 21st September, 2018.

By Festus Muciimi Gitimu, of P.O. Box 5, Kerugoya in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fabiano Gitimu Murimi, who died at Kiaga, on 28th March, 2021.

By Faith Waruguru Mbogo, of P.O. Box 62, Kerugoya in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Mbogo Gatimu alias Peter Mbogo Gatumu, who died at Kimbimbi Sub-location, on 21st October, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
