CAUSE NO. 135 OF 2019
By (1) Doris Kinya Ambutu and (2) Richard Wanjohi Gitonyi, both of P.O. Box 1039–0100, Thika in Kenya, the deceased’s brotherin-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gatimu Gitonyi, who died at Kimandi, on 16th April, 2013.
