TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E134 OF 2025
By Denis Koome, of P.O. Box 703–60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Williamson Kirima Lebure, who died at Meru Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 15th October, 1981.
CAUSE NO. E299 OF 2025
By Kenneth Muthomi Muguna, of P.O. Box 50–60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Livingstone Muguna Rithirua, who died at Kirimaintune, on 6th July, 2017.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
