TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E221 OF 2025
By Elias Mbae Nanaa, of P.O. Box 87–60400, Chuka in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret M. Nanaa, who died at Chuka Hospital in Kenya, on 11th September, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E40 OF 2026
By Luciano Njoka Mutegi, of P.O. Box 4, Cheera in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Mukobwa alias Stephen Mukumbwa alias Stephen Mukobwa Njage, who died at Gitareni Sub-location, on 23rd November, 2009.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
