IN THE CHIEF MAGISTRATE’S COURT AT KAJIADO
PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2024
By (1) Naomi Wangui Kamau and (2) Teddy Mutethia Mugira, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Robert Mugira Fabian, who died on 17th March, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E29 OF 2026
By Timothy Kiriro Njenga, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njenga Nganga Kameno, who died at Tharuni, on 22nd February, 2016.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
