CAUSE NO. E30 OF 2025
By Jane Wanjiru Kiiru, of P.O. Box 504, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Waweru Chege, who died at Kenyatta Hospital in Kenya, on 19th April, 1998.
CAUSE NO. E25 OF 2025
By (1) Hannah Nieri Mungai and (2) David Gakuru Mungai, both of P.O. Box 1770, Kitale in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Mungai Kamau, who died at Dagoretti, on 25th June, 1989.

The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
