TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E172 OF 2025
By Hyrine Chepkorit Koech, of P.O. Box 710, Sotik in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Recho Chebet Cheramgoi, who died at Alexandria C. Centre, on 27th July, 2016.
CAUSE NO. E195 OF 2025
By Daniel Kipngetich Bett, of P.O. Box 95, Sigor in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tapnyole w/o Kiplasoi arap Sitonik alias Tapnyole Sitonik, who died at Nyambugo, on 13th August, 2022.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
