TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E17 OF 2026
By Monica John Oyenje, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oyenje Onyango alias John Oyenje Onyango, who died at Randago Sub-location, on 18th February, 2012.
CAUSE NO. E66 OF 2026
By Samuel Okello Oywa, c/o P.O. Box 490, Yala in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Manase Oywa Yuke alias Manase Oywa Yoke, who died on 8th June, 2021.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
