PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2026
By Benard Mabea Maato, of P.O. Box 148–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moraa Maato alias Rael Moraa Maato, who died on 9th June, 2013.
CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2026
By (1) Joseph Onchera Ontita and (2) David Mooncha Mbwayo, both of P.O. Box 590–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s brother and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Mbwayo Ontita, who died at Raganga Sublocation, on 26th December, 2001.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
