CAUSE NO. 475 OF 2022
By Yuliana Buyaki Sure, of P.O. Box 858–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Sure Omoke, who died on 24th December, 2018.
CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2026
By Thomas Okumu Mogere, of P.O. Box 858–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mogere Orucho, who died at Bomwanda Central in 1977.
CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2026
By Silvanus Mogire Okiago, of P.O. Box 858–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyakewba Okeago, who died at Bokoma, Nyamwari, on 2nd February, 1978.
CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2026
By James Omwenga Kinara, of P.O. Box 612–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kinara Bogonko, who died at Gesangero Sublocation, on 10th March, 2005.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
