TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2026
By (1) Benjamin Mayo Masese and (2) Wilson Omari Masese, both of P.O. Box 1457–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Masese Mayo, who died at Moreremi, on 6th February, 1970.
CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2026
By James Makori Ombaki, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Augusto Ombaki Nyamakobe, who died at Mombaba, on 22nd June, 2014.

By Stephen Ochami Ombogo, of P.O. Box 1–40502, Nyansiongo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Annah Kwamboka Ombogo, who died at Mwongori, Matutu, on 2nd June, 1988.
CAUSE NO. E15 OF 2026
By Joyce Kemuma Mainga, of P.O. Box 650–40202, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zachariah Mainga Orioki alias Mainga Orioki, who died at Bocharia Sub-location, on 10th August, 1984.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
