TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E124 OF 2025
By Oterene Kennedy Ombui, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jason Oterene Marwanga alias Oterene Marwanga, who died at Bonyansiaga, on 9th December, 2002.
CAUSE NO. E134 OF 2025
By Joseph Kiyombi Kebiro, of P.O. Box 352–40204, Ogembo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Kebiro, who died at Rise Sublocation, on 4th July, 1980.
CAUSE NO. E135 OF 2025
By (1) Alfred Otieno Makabe and (2) Mishael Ouyuge Oyune, both of P.O. Box 1129–40200, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kengere Ndierna, who died at Matunwa.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
