TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E108 OF 2023
By Paul Mungai Mwangi, of P.O. Box 4538, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Boniface Kariuki Mwangi, who died at St. Francis Community Hospital in Kenya, on 11th March, 2019.
CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2025
By (1) Janet Muthoni Macharia, (2) Philip Gitonga Macharia, (3) David Kinyua Macharia and (4) Margaret Wambui Macharia, all of P.O. Box 251, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Macharia Gitonga alias Macaria Gitonga, who died at Makomboki, on 2nd October, 2010.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
