PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E249 OF 2025
By Rahab Njoki Muriithi, of P.O. Box 2, Siakago in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Muriithi Gutu, who died on 18th March, 2014.
CAUSE NO. E271 OF 2025
By Salesio Ndwiga Njuru, of P.O. Box 36–60102, Ishiana in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ileri Njuru, who died at Thambu Sub-location, on 23rd August, 2002.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
