PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E47 OF 2025
By (1) Lengete ole Sakimba and (2) Francis Kampei Lesio, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sakimba Oloirrusha alias Sakimba ole Loirusha alias Sakimba ole Karie, who died at Lemongo Sub-location, on 2nd August, 1985.
CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2026
By Nkaitole Kauyia, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kinuhu Thumbi, who died at Kimana Sub-location, on 20th June, 2007.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
