PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E399 OF 2025
By Maurice Okoth Okumu, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nicholas Okumu Otone, who died at Kadero, Kisumu East, on 10th December, 2012.
CAUSE NO. E407 OF 2025
By (1) Julius Odhiambo Achieng and (2) Monica Auma Obongo, the deceased’s son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Achieng Swage alias Peter Achieng, who died on 8th October, 2016.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
