TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E199 OF 2024
By Hezrone Opiyo Oremo, of P.O. Box 106, Awasi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fredrick Oremo Osimbo, who died at Wanganga, on 18th February, 1998.
CAUSE NO. E236 OF 2025
By Goretty Atieno Wasira, of P.O. Box 64, Miwani in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Magdalina Awino Isiche, who died at Sidho East 1, on 16th July, 1987.

By Patrisia Atieno Okech, of P.O. Box 97, Rabour in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Okech Ombija alias Samuel Okech Ombija, who died at Kolal, on 3rd August, 2001.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
