TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2026
By Lilian Owino Mawere, of P.O. Box 41, Madiany in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Ogony Odiyo, who died at Vanderbilt, on 23rd June, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E28 OF 2026
By (1) Cornelia Aoko Athiambo, (2) Gilbert Onyango Orunga and (3) Samwel Michael Obunga, all of P.O. Box 84, Ragengni in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Obunga Opaita alias Obunga Opaita, who died at East Katwenga, on 16th February, 1984.

By Dorcas Abuya Odhiambo, of P.O. Box 110, Bondo in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Awimbo Ober, who died at Kokwiri, on 15th August, 2000.

By (1) Booker Washington Achola and (2) Elizabeth Anyango Otieno, both of P.O. Box 40, West Asembo in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew and sister-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abuoro Dugu, who died at Mahaya, on 10th January, 1997.

Box 40, West Asembo in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, daughter-in-law and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leonard Sati Misula alias Lewunudas Sati Misula alias Lewunuao Sati Misula alias Sati Misula, who died at Omia Diere, on 18th August, 1991.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
