TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E236 OF 2024
By Lucas Opioy Lwanda, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Atieno Petro Lwanda, who died at Omia Mwalo, on 8th April, 1990.
CAUSE NO. E252 OF 2025
By George Ochieng Ndolo, of P.O. Box 300, Bondo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Juma Ondolo alias Juma Ondolo, who died at Kokwiri, on 31st January, 2004.
CAUSE NO. E44 OF 2026
By Dorise Wera, of P.O. Box 84, Ragengni in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Lusi Adhuongo alias Lusi Adhuong’o, who died at Ragengni, on 27th June, 1998.
CAUSE NO. E45 OF 2026
By Alhamin Odawa Oluoch, of P.O. Box 41, Madiany in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esbon Ndiwa Odawa alias Hesbon Ndiwa Odawa alias Ndiwa Odawa, who died at Akom, on 19th November, 1987.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
