TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E128 OF 2025
By (1) Anne Chepkemoi Siegi and (2) Esther Chepgeno Siegi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kibet Cheruse, who died on 4th July, 1968.
CAUSE NO. E163 OF 2025
By Kennedy Kibet Siele, of P.O. Box 223, Litein in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Chepkosgei Birir, who died on 15th October, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2026
By (1) Joseph Kiptonui Mutai and (2) Langat Weldon, both of P.O. Box 286, Sotik in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimutai arap Togom alias Kimutai Togom, who died at Yaganko, on 7th July, 1986.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
