TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E256 OF 2025
By Jane Nieri Kamau, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Kamau Karana, who died at Githiga, Githunguri, on 28th October, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E306 OF 2025
By (1) John Kamau Mbugu and (2) Nelly Nieri Mbugu, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Wangari Mbugu, who died at Kiambu Level 5 Hospital in Kenya, on 8th March, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E35 OF 2026
By (1) Cecilia Wanjiru Richu and (2) George Kinyanjui Richu, both of P.O. Box 111, Ruiru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Richu Ngomori alias Richu Ngomori, who died at Komarock, on 31st March, 2017.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
