TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E174 OF 2024
By (1) Elijah Musera Jangaya and (2) Francis Muganda, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Musera Jang’aya alias Musera Jangaya, who died at Kigama, on 17th January, 1987.
CAUSE NO. E185 OF 2025
By Francis Amukono Midenyo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Harun Mudenyo alias Haron Mdenyo, who died at Gimomoi Sub-location, on 30th January, 1994.

By Tera Musalia, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ezekiah Agahanga Manyego alias Ezekiah Kihanga, who died at Kivagala Sub-location, on 19th October, 1987.

By Esther Imali Ifeza, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Efedha Elahuya, who died at Vokoli Sub-location, on 16th July, 2014.

By Aggrey Galo Vadanga, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gladys Uside Vadanga, who died at Walodenya Sub-location, on 4th January, 2012.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
