By Jenipher Omoro Obiero, the deceased’s wife, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Obiero Oloo, who died at Marenyo Sub-location, on 15th November, 2013.
CAUSE NO. E28 OF 2026
By James Apollo Omina, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gideon Nyangoda alias Gedion Nyangoda, who died at Nyangoma Kogelo Sub-location, on 17th September, 1980.

By (1) George Okoth Ooko and (2) Samson Ouma Ooko, both of P.O. Box 83-40600, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andrew Ooko Waguru, who died at Mulaha Sub-location, on 1st July, 2014.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
