IN THE KADHI’S COURT AT MOMBASA
PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E383 OF 2025
By (1) Abdul Shakoor Cockar and (2) Nazmudeen Cockar, both of P.O. Box 72402-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abdul Aziz Cockar, who died at Radiant Hospital in Kenya, on 20th April, 1964.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
