IN THE KADHI’S COURT AT MSAMBWENI
PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E45 OF 2026
By (1) Mwinyi Bakari Chinda, (2) Mwalimu Bakari Kinda and (3) Fatuma Bakari Chinda, all of P.O. Box 84755-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bakari Mwinyi Kinda, who died on 18th June, 1993.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
