IN THE KADHI’S COURT AT KILIFI
PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2026
By (1) Abdulrahman Hassan Abdulrahman and (2) Ahmed Hassan Abdulrahman, both of Kilifi, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hassan Abdulrahman Abdulatif, who died at Kilifi County Hospital in Kenya, on 17th December, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2026
By (1) Mohamed Salim Baya and (2) Hamadi Salim Omar, both of Kilifi, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Salim Omar, who died at Coast General Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 26th July, 1997.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
