TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E563 OF 2025
By Willy Catherine Bwire, of P.O. Box 75650-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s mother, through Messrs. Oronga Esonga & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Judith Diana Adongo Bwire, late of Langata, who died at Aga Khan University Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd June, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E125 OF 2026
By Kipkorir Kibet Gontier, of P.O. Box 100, Marigat in Kenya, the deceased’s son, through Messrs. Ama, advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ghislaine Therese Gontier, late of Kisauni, who died at Coast Provincial General Hospital in Kenya, on 15th January, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
