PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E131 OF 2024
By (1) Eunice Seenoi Maora, (2) Lydia Sepeko Semenkur and (3) Lerionka Semekur, the deceased’s widow and children, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jeremiah Semengur Sankok, who died at Kajiado Central, on 27th September, 2013.
CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2026
By Naomi Mayiamei Tataiya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Tataiya Mokinyo, who died at Esampukike on 30th May, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2026
By Caren Nyaboke Michira, the executrix named in the deceased’s last will, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of John Mose Michira, who died at Kerarapon, on 3rd May, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E38 OF 2026
By (1) Eunice Wangeci Gichu and (2) Grace Muthoni Gichu, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gervas Gichu Ngatia, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 26th February, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
