TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E469 OF 2025
By (1) Geoffrey Mbatia Mutua and (2) Esther Kalau Mwenga, both of P.O. Box 12384-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widower and niece, respectively, through Messrs. Mwikali Syanda, advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Millicent Melshias Ingosi, late of Mavoko, who died at Bloom Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd May, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E85 OF 2026
By James Kibagendi, of P.O. Box 26170-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Roseline Nyaboke Kibagendi, who died at Westlands Specialist Hospital in Kenya, on 6th October, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
