TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2026
By Simon Mania Ndegwa, of P.O. Box 15699- 20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Wanjiru Ndegwa, who died at Gituamba Sub- location, on 7th July, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E50 OF 2026
By James Angima Aburi Omwenga, of P.O. Box 68, Gesusu in Kenya, the deceased’s father, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackline Kemunto Angima, who died at Evans Sunrise Medical Centre, on 2nd August, 2003.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
