TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E244 OF 2024
By (1) Yvonne Gatuo Nirju and (2) Jeremy Merety Nirju, both of P.O. Box 24510- 00502, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Njuguna alias Charles Patrick Njuguna, who died on 25th April, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E75 OF 2026
By Mary Wambui Gacheru, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaac Mburu Njogu, who died on 9th February, 2026.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
