TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E398 OF 2025
By Cecilia Nyambura Kahia, of P.O. Box 20314- 00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anthony Mwangi Gacheru, who died at St. Patrick Nursing Home, on 16th July, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E449 OF 2025
By (1) Mary Wambui Ngunjiri and (2) Gibson Irungu Wacera, both of P.O. Box 181, Mugunda in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngunjiri Thogo, who died at Karemeno Sub- location, on 27th January, 2018.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
