TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E595 OF 2025
By Philip Murithi Wambui, of P.O. Box 39- 10200, Murang’a in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Wambui Murithi alias Murithi Jane Wambui, who died at Mukuyu, on 29th November, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E658 OF 2025
By (1) Robert Kennedy Muturi Kaniu, (2) James P. Kihiu Kaniu and (3) Alice Nduta Kaniu, all of P.O. Box 145, Murang’a in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Phyllis Wanjiku Kaniu alias Phillis Wanjiku Kaniu, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 21st March, 2022.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
