TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E675 OF 2025
By Ephantus Muiga Macharia, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Munyinyi Githiriga, who died at Kianjogu Sub- location, on 27th July, 2004.
CAUSE NO. E697 OF 2025
By Francis Mambo Wambui, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Wambui Wanderi, who died at Njiru, on 30th July, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
