By Fredrick Musyoka Musoma, of P.O. Box 1- 90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musoma Muinde, who died on 29th December, 2004.

By (1) Maurice Mwema Nzine and (2) Edith Mwende Kalola, both of P.O. Box 1- 90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s brother and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alexander Nzau Nzine, who died at Kitui, on 11th August, 2025.

By Nzomo Kula, of P.O. Box 1- 90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wanyumba Kula, who died at Zombe Sub- location, on 21st July, 2017.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
