By Emily Musangi D. Maswili, of P.O. Box 1, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration to the estate of David Mutinda Maswili, who died on 4th June, 2009.
CAUSE NO. E58 OF 2026
By Janepher Lusia Kilunda, of P.O. Box 1- 90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Kilunda Ngonde alias Kilunda Ngonde, who died at Jordan Hospital in Kenya, on 5th September, 2014.
CAUSE NO. E66 OF 2026
By Charles Ngalaka Mulinge, of P.O. Box 1, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration to the estate of Odilla Kyalo Mulinge, who died at Kaveta, on 26th March, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
